Mobile Car Valeting and Detailing – Used car Paint Protection with Carpro Cquartz on Classic Jaguar XK8 in Cheltenham,Gloucestershire at Kleen Machine

I had a  Jaguar XK8 in for an Enhancement and Paint  Protection with Carpro Cquartz also windscreen and  windows sealed with Flyby Forte wheels with Dlux. Also being an older car it  needed a full contamination removal and while washing  it found loads  of paint spots,believed to be road markings paint. So that was  also removed prior to the  Enhancement.Paint  was  pretty swirled and some  deeper  scratches,not usual for an older car but I was  sure it would come up nice and  as you can see  from photos the  gloss levels a lot better.

Also Interior clean and leather clean and protection on carpets and CarPro Cquartz Leather Protection.

• The arches are dressed with protection.
• The tyres and plastics dressed with long lasting dressing.
• Tar spots removed
• Windows and mirrors cleaned and polished inside and out
• All Plastics and rubbers treated with long life dressing
• Gloss Enhancement to Paint with machine polisher to add better lusted and deeper finish,one or two stage machine  polish can be added  depending on the paint and swirls
• All Paintwork and exterior hand waxed and sealed with
• high quality wax (more information).

This cracking Evoque Autobiography was pretty dirty as you can see. The only other major problem was who ever owned it before had got wax everywhere all in the cracks badges etc. I’ve not seen one this bad for a while.

Here is  some  of  our The Classic Detail  through out The Cotswolds and Cheltenham Areas. Below  is a  BMW Z8 I had  in for The Classic Detail. This  is the  Premier Detail there is a  full write  up on this here

The BMW Z8  a roadster  produced  by BMW  between 1999 to 2003.  The Z8 was the production variant of the 1997 Z07. The Z07 originally was designed as a styling exercise intended to evoke and celebrate the 1956-’59 BMW 507 and to celebrate the millennium change. The Z07 caused a sensation at the ’97 Tokyo Auto Show. The overwhelming popularity of the concept spurred BMW’s decision to produce a limited production model called the Z8. There were 5,703 Z8s built, 3,160 in ECE and 2,543 in US outfit. A significant number of Z8s with nonstandard paint and interior treatments were produced over the course of the four-year production run by BMW Individual, a division of BMW AG. This  car was  1 0f  20 made with different interior and  other  options made available.

Keen to get on I Pre sprayed the  car round and then jet washed  it  off and  then started  on the  engine. Then Snow-foam soak

All part of The Luxury Detailing  Wash , which is a nice pre-wash round door shuts ,lower half of the car and the arches,boot shut and wheels. Left to soak for good 10minutes. Then rinced off.

Then we snowed it over and left it to soak and help lift the dirt and road grime on the  whole  of the  car

Then Jet washed and and fall out  remover and washed then tar and  glue  remover pictured below removing  all the  tar and  organice  contamination before  the  clay baring  to remove  what is  left. Then Snow foamed again to remove  any residue left from tar

All clayed and then  the  engine finished and  dressed

Started  on the  interior , Cleaning  the carpets and  cleaning the leather seats and the full leather  treatment. Below a few finished  photo`s

First was a  good  Pre spray around and started  on the  Engine Bay while  it was  soaking

  

Then Snow foamed  over  and  Got  round  with detailing  brushes

All Jet-washed off and then sprayed with Fall out remover from A.P.E ,when  it hits  ferrous material and bonded metal particles it bleeds and helps pull it out of the paint.Then Jet washed and  snowed again and  Detailed  clay . and the  engine  dressed  so i could  get it  inside  and  start on the  enhancement  and shampoo the seats

The  all the  paint  was  sealed and  finished  in a long  lasting  Jellywax a  fully synthetic wax giving  outstanding durability and gloss . Windscreen was sealed  too .

Mobile Detailing Valeting- Porsche 911 in Bibury in The Cotswolds – Kleen Machine

Mobile Car Detailing Valeting on Porsche 911 Turbo just outside Bibury in The Cotswolds

I`ve  not seen this Porsche 911 in about 7 months so it was a bit dirtier than it normally is, but the client does like to generally keep it up together once a month, Today it needed a Full Executive Detail with some contamination removal  and  Paint  Protection for the coming months.

First up was a few before photos and remove all the dirt grime and salt from over the  last few winter months. First a good jet-wash over and then a pre-clean and jet wash again . Here`s a few before photos

All part of The Luxury Detailing  Wash , which is a nice pre-wash round door shuts ,lower half of the car and the arches,boot shut and wheels. Left to soak for good 10 minutes. Then rinsed off.

Then we snowed it over and left it to soak and help lift the dirt and road grime on the  whole  of the  car

 

With it  all rinsed and  then snow-foamed  I then went  and  cleaned the  wheels . Snow-foamed  it again and went  round with Detailing  brushes where needed.

With all this  done and  jet-washed  off  it was  then time  for an nice  two bucket  hand  wash over .

then it was time to dry it  off with soft Uber drying  towels

With the outside all cleaned and prepped, and detail clay  we sealed all the paint and then a couple of coats of wax.

Now time to clean and vacuum the  inside , again I blew the  worst the dust out  before i started the Vacuuming because  this stops any  scratches  to the  interior  surfaces, so then onto Vacuum and cleaning  of the  seats and  carpets. Leather and  all the  trims  treated with Matt dressing to the Interior Detail

With the  interior  done Carpets clean and  leather now  time for the  windows and some  finished  photos

Renault Had  been off the  road for a while and some  debri left  in the  car had in areas gone  moldy . Below id some before and after photos. So All the  seats  and carpets were  cleaned with specialist materials not only to kill mold  but to prevent  it  coming  back. Interior  de-odourised and  Dash and  plastics  cleaned and  Dressed with matt dressing . Carpets  fully Vacuumed and  cleaned along with vents and  all the  interior

The Detail • Leather cleaned if applicable. • All upholstery and carpets are shampooed. • Interior mirrors, displays and wooden surfaces are polished. • The windows are cleaned inside and out. • Dashboard, fascia and all plastic surfaces and rubbers are dressed/treated. The  car was  pre-sprayed around and then a good jetwash around and then snowfoamed and  left to soak. and i went around the  wheels and door shuts. Then jetwashed off and  started  round the  difficult areas with PH balanced cleaner and detailing  brushes

With car then hand  washed with soft wash mitts and  two buckets and  I then prepared the car for  contamination removal ,which was  mainly organic  contamination and  the  detailing  clay,

Car was  then jet washed again and  dried air dried and I blew the dust out  of the  interior  ready to clean seats and  carpets

With all the interior  done , seats and  carpets cleaned and  pedals, Dash cleaned and  dressed  with semi mat interior  dressing and  windows  cleaned .

I Then started  on the  gloss Enhancement and protection to the  paint . You can see  in photos  how  matt this  Porsche Guards Red had  gone below
